Whether you call them CNAs, STNAs, CRCAs or another industry term, one thing is certain, we wouldn’t be where we are without them! Today is the last day of National Nursing Assistants Week. Our goal is to share as much love as we can for these people who are such a necessary part of our campus teams. Many at our campuses sent in words of praise for their team members. See a few below!

CNAs are so important to our industry! I want to thank The Willows at Citation CRCAs and RCAs for their hard work and dedication to our customers. We couldn’t exist without you! God Bless you for your Caring Hearts.” – Yolanda Loveless, Executive Director at The Willows at Citation

“CNAs are the backbone of our campus and their role is so crucial! Thank you, CNAs!” – Jerry, LPN at Wellbrooke of Wabash

We were impressed by the love staff members (and even a resident) at Cedar Ridge Health Campus shared for their campus CNAs/SRCAs.

“During a recent storm, our awesome support did an excellent job ensuring our residents were comfortable and safe. We couldn’t have done it without them.” – Michelle B.

“They go out of their way to help the entire staff at Cedar Ridge.” – Mike W.

“They always have a smile on their face and do their work very well.” – Resident Aileen W.

“I’ve seen these employees take time out of their day to help our residents, even when they are off the clock!” – Cathy L.

Some Trilogy team members even took to our Facebook pages to leave comments of appreciation.

“As a nurse I would be nowhere without my CRCAs/STNAs. I have learned to listen and to value all of my team members and you are a valuable part of the health care team!” – Tamar Lomeli

“Trilogy loves our CNAs! We realize they are special, hard-working angels on earth!” – Summer Hall

With such as outpouring of love on Social Media, we can’t even keep up with the comments!
