Summer Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period: July 1 – August 31, 2025

Promotional Offer: One-time credit off Senior Living (New Resident)

This promotion is available to new residents who physically move in, or take financial possession, of a senior living apartment at a Trilogy Health Services campus between July 1, 2025 and August 31, 2025 (the “Qualifying Individual”). Deposits or move-ins made outside of this period will not be eligible for this promotion. The promotion does not apply to referrals of individual for who services would be paid in full or in part by any federal health care programs such as Medicare or Medicaid.

Qualifying Individual will receive a credit of $__________. This credit will be applied to the Qualifying Individual’s rent due on the 3rd month after move-in has occurred. This offer is non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

Trilogy Health Services reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions regarding the promotion, including eligibility and selection are final.

This promotion is available to current private pay residents. Current qualifying residents who refer a new private pay resident who physically moves in or takes financial possession, of a senior living apartment at a Trilogy Health Services campus between July 1, 2025 and August 31, 2025 (“Qualifying Individual”). Deposits or move-ins made outside of this period will not be eligible for this promotion. The promotion does not apply to referrals of individuals for who services would be paid in full or in part by any federal health care programs such as Medicare or Medicaid. 

The current private pay resident will receive a credit of $_________ on their monthly bill. This credit will be applied the rent due on the 3rd month following the move-in of the Qualified Individual. This offer is non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
