Promotional Offer: One-time credit of $3,000 off Senior Living  

This promotion is available to new residents who physically move in, or take financial possession, of a senior living apartment at a Trilogy Health Services campus between July 1 and August 31, 2026. Deposits or move-ins made outside of this period will not be eligible for this promotion. 

The individual will receive a credit on their monthly bill. This credit can be applied to the third month’s rent. This offer is non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. The promotion is not applicable for Medicare or Medicaid beneficiaries. 

Trilogy Health Services reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions regarding the promotion, including eligibility and selection are final.
