About Trilogy
Mission, Vision, Values
Exceeding the expectations of our customers and having a compassionate commitment to excellence in customer service is at the heart of Trilogy culture. That’s why we’ve created service programs to differentiate our customer service experience from that of our competitors. We call these programs our Trilogy Service Standards.
Each one of the Trilogy Service Standards was designed to create a service experience that exceeds the expectations of those we serve – from our residents and family members to our vendors and employees.
We’re committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations.
Excellence is achieved through the execution of our Trilogy Service Standards.
The right employees make the difference.
A servant’s heart is the key to success.
Pay attention to the details.
The details separate the winners from the losers.
The team approach works best.

Trilogy History.
Years before becoming our founder, Randy Bufford had a vision. He saw the senior living landscape that defined his early career and imagined how it could be improved – with hospitality services and a full continuum of care. In 1997, Randy brought this vision to life with the opening of the first four Trilogy senior living communities. Today, we have more than 130 campuses across five states – Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
That foundation is what continues to drive us toward our ultimate goal: becoming the best healthcare company in the Midwest. Under President and CEO Leigh Ann Barney, we make it our goal to match that ambition by always meeting the needs of the seniors we serve.
