What’s an ER3? It stands for Relationships, Recognition, and Re-Energize. We believe in providing sincere appreciation for our employees. These quarterly team events are held to re-energize our employees through recognition and developing healthy relationships, with fun!
Trilogy Foundation
Our foundation exists to support and improve the lives of all our employees, future employees and residents through scholarships, emergency assistance, food care shelves, Live a Dream, and Susan’s Savings program. In 2022, $1.2M was distributed to employees, residents and the community.
Trilogy University
This is our internal training portal, available to all of our employees. Trilogy understands intellectual wellness is one of the core tenets of overall wellbeing, and Trilogy U offers over 2000 hours of CEU courses available through a fun and user-friendly, online portal.
Certifications & Apprenticeships
