Kick back, relax, and enjoy — because we’ve rounded up some of the latest heartwarming social media submissions from our campuses! Here are some of our favorite stories that we’ve seen come across our feeds over the past few weeks.

At The Willows at Tiffin, caregivers enlisted the expertise of one Dr. Reid – a young professional eager to make his mark on the medical world with band-aids and big hugs. Reid’s meticulousness, attention to detail, and unorthodox application of suckers as a treatment method sent shockwaves across the Ohio-based community, which now eagerly cheers him on as he aims to complete his residency. Thank you for making the time, doc!

Meanwhile at Wooded Glen, residents and families alike got to enjoy a birds-eye view of the Springfield skyline just as the sun was starting to set. In addition to hot air balloon rides, this unforgettable family night also featured fresh popcorn, grilled hot dogs, and a jump house just for the kids (or aspiring physicians).

Over on the Willows at Citation Facebook page, community members came together to celebrate Jacquelyn Meehan  – an environmental services employee who has made a lasting impression since joining the campus in 2024. Here’s what her team members had to say about Jacquelyn in the post.

Jackie’s infectious smile and compassionate heart haven’t just lit up Citation—they’ve helped transform it. She has revitalized our laundry process and elevated expectations for how that operation is run. Yet somehow, that success is still secondary to the impact she has had on our residents. As a former caregiver and licensed CNA for 20+ years, Jackie’s heart will always pull her back to her true passion: caring for others. If you just take a moment to listen, you’ll hear laughter coming from whatever room she has stopped in. You’ll see smiles after she leaves, and you can rest assured that whatever her residents’ needs are, they’ve been met.”

Thank you to all of our campus team members for submitting these amazing stories to us! There’s still plenty more where these came from – so be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to see more of what life in our communities has in store.
