We’re thrilled to announce Rhonda Dempsey, Chief Nursing Officer, is being inducted into the McKnights Women of Distinction Hall of Honor for 2025!
The induction will take place in May 2025 in Chicago, Illinois, and will celebrate women who are critical to the success of the senior living industry and long-term care.
A driving force behind Trilogy’s high quality of care, Dempsey employs a leadership style of advocacy – embracing resident feedback to further enhance the Trilogy senior living experience. Under her guidance, Trilogy has been awarded 103 Bronze Awards, 26 AHCA/NCAL Silver National Quality Awards, and a 5-Star Company recognition in CMS quality measures. Dempsey has also secured an organizational membership with AAPACN and currently serves as the Executive Sponsor for the Trilogy’s 5-year strategic priority of focusing on the holistic wellness of their residents.
Outside of Trilogy, Dempsey serves on the Wisconsin Leading Choice Board, the Kentucky board for Foundation, and the AHCA regulatory committee – emboldening her with fresh perspectives and unique insights into the senior living industry.
