Jennifer Zietlow, Trilogy Health Services
“Exercise and wellness have always been a priority for me. My identical twin and I always race to the finish line in the last mile of endurance events – whether it’s a half marathon, a marathon, or an ironman!”
This will be Jennifer’s first time participating in our 200-mile bike race.

Kofi Darku, Trilogy Health Services
“For me, exercise is just as important for my mental health as it is my physical. It doesn’t just help me maximize my health – it helps me be a better parent to both of my lovely daughters and fully enjoy the life God has blessed me with.”
Fun fact: In addition to being a two-year T200 champion, Kofi is also known for making his rap debut in a 2006 Kellogg’s Corn Pop commercial.
