23 of our top performing Trilogy campuses all have one thing in common – their unique approach to leadership.
At our recent spring meeting, 45 Trilogy campuses were recognized for their exceptional Customer Satisfaction Survey surveys – “making the walk” by receiving at least a score of 4.7605. Of these 45 communities, 23 are home to past and present Administrators in Training – employees that are on track – or have become – Licensed Nursing Home Administrators at our communities (or Executive Directors, as we like to call them).
Commonly referred to as “AiTs”, Administrators in Training are employees that have enrolled in a 9-month training and development program that sets them up to serve as licensed Executive Directors.
Participants earn as they learn with a development experience that includes:
- A structured rounding plan. From Culinary to Life Enrichment, participants experience working alongside every Trilogy department as they complete their mandatory AiT hours.
- Training courses focused on leadership skills and getting participants acquainted with Trilogy culture.
- Dedicated time and resources to help our AiTs prepare for the LNHA/HFA exam.
