Hold on to your hard hats – a new Trilogy senior living community is coming!
Located in historic Muskegon, Michigan, our upcoming campus officially broke ground on Thursday, August 25th. Trilogy leaders were joined by state and city officials, including State Senator Jon Bumstead and Muskegon Mayor Ken Johnson, to officially mark the beginning of construction.
The upcoming campus will offer a variety of care options, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. It will also be a component of Muskegon’s new development project, Harbor 31, which will create various residential living opportunities using a contemporary architectural style. The project also seeks to add additional hotel, retail, and office spaces to the downtown Muskegon area.

Built on our two-story Village Center model in partnership with DMK Development Group, our newest community will feature 25 Independent Living apartments, 23 Assisted Living rooms, 18 Assisted Living Memory Care rooms, 46 Skilled Nursing beds, and 12 Skilled Memory Care beds.
The campus will also host a mix of studio and one-bedroom apartments and amenities — including a full-service bistro, multiple dining areas complete with a Certified Executive Chef, an activity room, a salon, a multi-purpose room, and a state-of the art physical therapy room and resident fitness center.
