We’re proud to announce that 12 Trilogy campuses have earned the 2026 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL)! The recognition honors long-term care providers that demonstrate a commitment to improving the quality of care and quality of life for residents.

The Bronze Award is the first of three progressive levels in the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program. Recipients begin a comprehensive performance improvement journey that focuses on organizational excellence, resident outcomes, and continuous quality improvement.

With this year’s recipients, 126 Trilogy campuses have now earned the Bronze distinction. Trilogy’s commitment to quality extends beyond the first level of recognition; in 2025, 60 Trilogy campuses had advanced to earn the Silver – Achievement in Quality Award, more than any other senior living provider in the nation.

“This recognition reflects Trilogy’s unwavering commitment to setting the gold standard in clinical excellence,” said CEO Leigh Ann Barney. “These achievements are only possible because our teams lead with compassion, put residents at the center of every decision, and live our Service Standards each day.”

Our Chief Nursing Officer, Rhonda Dempsey, emphasized the dedication and consistency required to achieve the distinction.

“Our teams deliver the highest level of care to our residents, and this accomplishment is a testament to that care,” Dempsey said. “I’m incredibly proud of the work our teams have done to receive this recognition. This celebration is just another reminder to focus on continuing to raise the bar across our campuses and the industry.”
