Forest Glen is one of the best skilled nursing facilities, I have worked for, the way they care for the residents is unbelievable. They ensure that residents not only have great care but that the residents here continue to live a better life.

My Father-In-Law Earl L Luzader was at Welbrook. In the months that he was there the staff took very good care of him. He passed away February 1, 2018. Welbrook allowed us to stay with him in his last week’s. They not only took care of him they gave us care through his last days. All the staff was polite, caring, and just great to take care of any need we had. Some of the staff even came to his funeral visitation. Thank You All At Welbrook for your time and caring. I cannot say enough about this campus. The caring staff, the amazing leadership team, and the outstanding food is just above and beyond what you’ll find elsewhere. The staff cares for the residents as if they were their own family. The atmosphere is just different at Prairie Lakes and I certainly encourage you to consider them for therapy, assisted living, memory care, or skilled care.
