Trilogy Health Service’s newest campus is now officially open! The team at Norwich Springs Health Campus in Hilliard, Ohio celebrated with a grand opening ribbon cutting event on December 1st. Norwich Springs is one of four campuses in the Columbus area, including Violet Springs (Pickerington), Smith’s Mill (New Albany), and Taylor Springs (Gahanna).

Norwich Springs is a senior lifestyle community that perfectly blends compassionate care with clinical excellence. Built by DMK Construction, the campus is located at 4680 Library Way in Hilliard and offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing, complete with amenities designed to promote comfort, safety, and joy for its residents.

In its Assisted Living neighborhood, Norwich Springs offers suites complete with kitchenettes, and plenty of storage space. Residents can also spend time outdoors in the campus’ gated courtyard, participate in activities with friends, or even book the private dining room to host family members for special occasions. Independent seniors of Norwich Springs will also enjoy a lifestyle free of an ever-growing list of home maintenance tasks.

The campus’ Independent Living neighborhood features studio and one-bedroom apartments, along with a moving theater, bistro, kitchen, exercise room, lounge, and veranda.

In the campus’ Legacy Lane Memory Care neighborhood, caregivers are trained in Trilogy Health Services’ BFF Program, which is inspired by the Best Friends™ Approach to Dementia Care, pioneered by dementia experts David Troxel and Virginia Bell. Through the BFF Program, staff members take the time to learn each resident’s unique life story and use that story to inform every aspect of their care.

“When you combine beautiful surroundings, state-of-the-art amenities, and staff members who have servant hearts, you create an environment where seniors can thrive,” Leigh Ann Barney, President & CEO of Trilogy Health Services said. “We are excited to welcome our first residents to Norwich Springs. Residents and their families can feel confident in the quality of care and clinical excellence they will receive. We provide a lifestyle with less worry and more opportunities to pursue the things they enjoy.”

Residents and family members can schedule a tour of Norwich Springs by calling 614-363-1833 or visiting the website at www.norwichspringshc.com

This campus is actively hiring staff for several clinical, culinary, and environmental service positions. Trilogy offers a comprehensive benefits program, career development and education opportunities, including free college tuition through Purdue Global as well a quarterly wage increase, apprenticeship opportunities and more.
