When you love what you do, coming to work every day isn’t a chore – it’s an opportunity. At Trilogy, our employees take this belief to heart. It’s why they’ll always be ready to assist you with a smile on their face, and why their upbeat attitude is guaranteed to put a smile on yours. It’s this mindset that makes coming to work so natural for them, and why so many of our employees finish the year without missing a single day. We’re pleased to announce that 1,010 employees achieved perfect attendance in 2018!

Beyond simply showing up for work, each of these employees find new and unique ways to make their attendance truly “perfect”. By providing excellent customer service and always being ready to lend a hand, these individuals embody our culture every day. And being a part of that culture means being recognized for your acts of outstanding achievement.

Every employee with perfect attendance receives a $250 bonus and an extra day of PTO. Additionally, five lucky employees with perfect attendance win prizes of $1,000, $1,500, $2,500, or $5,000 through our Perfect Attendance Drawing! These rewards aim to recognize our employees for their outstanding acts of service, as well as inspire them to continue striving for greatness.

Our President and CEO Randy Bufford announced the winners of this year’s drawing via livestream from our Home Office here in Louisville, KY. As if the fabulous cash prizes for maintaining perfect attendance weren’t enough to be excited about, winners were also announced for our Hope for the Holidays drawing!

Under this program, employees make donations to benefit local nonprofits during the holiday season. Any employee who made a donation towards our Hope for the Holidays campaign was entered for a chance to win a Dream Home Makeover, a Dream Home Theater, or a Dream Sports Experience. Congratulations to all of our winners this year – you’ve earned it!
