Today is the International Day of Charity, and what better way to celebrate than to congratulate and thank our employees for their charitable giving efforts! One such effort is our recently completed summer food drive, the Independence from Hunger Campaign!
Each summer, Trilogy Health Services engages its more than 100 locations in various fundraising efforts to support local food banks and charities in each community. This year we succeeded in raising 1,516,014 lbs of food for charities across the Midwest!
The Independence from Hunger Campaign, which first began in 2008, is one of two annual, companywide fundraisers held by Trilogy Health Services. “Trilogy has a long history of engaging residents and employees to serve and invest in their community,” commented Todd Schmiedeler, Senior Vice President of Foundation & Workforce Development at Trilogy Health Services. “We are dedicated to creating a compassionate culture through investing in individuals, and we possess a constant desire to go above and beyond. With over 100 communities across the Midwest, Trilogy strives to extend its excellent services to those around them as a leader in the health care field.”
Trilogy Health Services’ Independence from Hunger Campaign is just one of the ways we put our culture of compassion into action. In fact, for employees of Trilogy, the act of giving has become a career. Every day, employees give their time, their compassion, and their support to the seniors they serve. And also through The Trilogy Foundation, we provide education and emergency assistance for our employees, Live a Dream opportunities for our residents and much more. These efforts, paired with our dedication to exceptional customer service, help to make Trilogy Senior Living Communities the best choice for those searching for senior health and hospitality services.
