Good service, clean facility, fresh food. Has bad burns and they were taken care of daily. Physical therapy team is great!

After making it nearly 70 years living independently my great-grandmother finally has had to move to a community that can better care for her. She moved into Oakwood about 3 years ago. The first time I went to visit her I didn’t exactly expect to be wow’ed by her living conditions. Most similar places I’ve been in our area seem to be little more then places to house the sick and dying. The first thing I noticed in Oakwood was the feeling that I was in more of a community instead of a hospital type setting. The main lobby is nicely decorated, the grounds are well kept, and there seemed to be plenty of commons areas with people actually using them playing cards. I didn’t find my grandmother bed-ridden in her room but had to use one of the helpful employees roaming the halls to direct me to an area where she and some of her new friends were playing cards. From numerous other wonderful visits I can say that Oakwood Health Campus is definitely leagues above pretty much every other assisted living community in this area. Everything from the staff to the amenities is top notch.

Oakwood is such a great place to work. Resident are treated like family. I highly recommend family and friends if you need therapy-hospice stay-respite stay-or long term care. Activity does such a great job doing activities with the residents. our campus does several live a dream with the residents. OAKWOOD I GIVE YOU A 5 STARR

I used to provide mental health therapy here for over a year with this facility being one of 12 that I visited. This was by far one of the best. Staff always were friendly, encouraging and supportive of the patients and me. I would recommend my own mother live here if she were alive. SSD is awesome and easy to work with. I drove from Evansville at least 1 time a week and always looked forward to this visit.

my husband and I live in the villas best thing we ever did moving here Everyone is so caring and Loving treats you like family The villa Director Polly Story goes over and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. We have a housekeeper named Laura who is a very sweet young lady. My husband and I have both been patients at the rehab center and were really treated wonderful. Even when I had a stroke and could not get out they brought our meals to our villa. I could go on forever and not name everyone in all the departments that really go the extra mile. I would highly recommend living here

As an employee of Oakwood and as a family member of a two past residents I can undoubtably attest to the compassion, care and love that this campus provides to the residents. Every department goes above and beyond to ensure that expectations are exceeded, for both residents and families. I am thankful that my great aunt got to spend her final days with a group that is so dedicated to caring!

There is no place like home, but Oakwood is the next best thing! Senior living at its finest!

My grandma has been to Oakwood twice an was extremely pleased with both visits. She loved the food, family brunches, and all of the friendly staff. I would highly recommend Oakwood for your family.

I have had several family members in all parts of the facility. The staff is wonderful and very caring. They do a wonderful job.
