Dining Services
To everyone who clicked here first—we get itGood food is important. Not only is seeing it on the way to your table one of the best feelings ever, but it’s also the perfect setting for making new memories with the people you love. At Waterford Crossing, we believe that dining is an integral part of the senior living experience. We understand the power of these moments because they’re some of our favorite memories, too. It’s why you’ll find our four-star chefs serving up culinary excellence three times a day, seven days a week, making use of fresh, local ingredients to create delicious, nutritious meals. From Flavorful Balance to Taste of The Town dining programs, you’ll be treated to a restaurant-style dining experience that’s guaranteed to have you coming back for seconds.

What we bring to the tableTreat yourself to our delicious samples of dining options and special events:
Flavorful Balance
We’ve restructured our menus to highlight fresh, flavorful ingredients over “hockey pucks” and “moon dust” – our term for processed foods that other providers rely on. We serve food in its natural state – balancing traditional, comforting recipes with healthier, equally filling menu options.
Flavorful Dignity
Just because you’re on an altered diet doesn't mean your food should look any less appetizing. Through Flavorful Dignity, we craft our puree menu options to look just as scrumptious as the real thing – and taste just as delicious.
*Mashed potatoes, however, will still appear mashed. Not a lot of wiggle room there.
Theme Dinners
The dining room is rarely ever just a dining room. One day it’s a 1920’s speakeasy, the next it’s an 80’s prom hall – but it’s always where our favorite pictures come from. Enjoy specialized menu options four times a year – and come dressed ready to celebrate the theme.
Chef's Circle
Too much fish? Not enough fish? A good amount of fish, but still room for more? Make your opinion heard through Chef’s Circle – a chance for you to sit down with our cooks and talk through meals you’ve enjoyed, recipes you want to see brought back, and what you can expect from the week ahead.
