When our CEO, Randy Bufford, started Trilogy Health Services in 1997, he had a vision: to build a senior living community that would address every need of an aging population. Since then, we’ve built 109 senior care communities throughout the Midwest, have been a Best Place to Work in Kentucky for 10 years running, and currently employ more than 10,000 associates.
What was the secret to building this senior care powerhouse? In a word, “SHIP”: Service, humility, integrity, and perseverance. Everything starts with service — the highest quality of care not just for our patients, but for our staff as well. As Randy puts it, “You can’t provide quality service to your customers unless you first provide quality service to your staff.”
