My wife is staying in the West River Health Campus. The staff is excellent and very accommodating. Although they’re a little shorthanded right now, they’re still covering everybody well. The food is good and they cater to the needs of the individual resident. So, I’m pretty happy with them. Due to the COVID situation, they don’t have a lot of group activities, but they have individual ones where they separate them. My wife doesn’t participate in too much, but they have the activities for her if she wants to. The rooms are very clean and the maintenance staff is always very, very helpful if you have any problems. We haven’t had a chance of getting the TV hooked up, and they did that for us. Then they even hung a couple of pictures for us that I left there. They also call me if there are ever any issues or just to keep me informed on what’s happening. They have newsletters and emails, too. So, they keep me in the loop on just about everything that’s going on.
