9-8-07 I was really put at ease immediately when I saw how clean and orderly the facility was run. My mother-in-law was helped in any way that she requested. She was helped in getting mobile to go to the cafeteria to eat her evening meal. The cafeteria was set in such an elegant style that I sometimes forgot and thought I was in a fancy restaurant. Privacy could be improved: i.e.; shut the bathroom door when helping her to the toilet and keep PJs on her and not the house gowns that are open in the back. (This can be seen by folks walking in the hall) These gowns are surely more convenient for the nurses but there is the matter of dignity to uphold, too. I am most thankful for the male nurse who came in several times to lift my mother-in-law as she cannot stand or walk. He is an angel in my eyes.Thank you.
