My Mother was admitted at Bronson battle creek with a few issues. The care there got her well within 5 days. The transition between the Bronson case worker and the Oaks could not have been better. Our Mother got so weak that she needed PT. The Oaks submitted the proper insurance paperwork to medicare and Blue Cross. The PT Staff worked Miracles along with the Speech Therapist. The transition from the Oaks to home was awsome as they arranged the Primary Doctor follow up as required by Medicare. They helped arrange the in home PT. Occupation therapist and Visiting Nurse Through our Primary care network. I went from not knowing what to do in the ER room to having our Mother returned to her home in the course of 5 weeks. I told my Mother if she worked at her therapy she could go home. I wasn’t sure myself if it would work for her. But with the care she recieved through it all She is home. We have been lucky enough to find a family friend care giver to move in with her as She needs someone around to help her. She smiles and laughs as is happier than she has been in awhile. I do credit the care from the ER Doctor at BC Bronson that ordered the Labs that disclosed a UTI and Low Sodium that almost killed her. And the Case workers at Bronson and the Oaks. The Care she recieved while admitted to the inhouse PT to the income care that has given us more to with our Mother. And for that I thank everyone mentioned.
