The staff at NorthPointe Woods was wonderful. We met with two different people and they were very welcoming. They showed us the whole facility and their units were larger than any of the other facilities we toured. They also invited us to have dinner and we met several of the residents. They have a lot of green space. There’s a gym, a game room, a post office, a health center, a salon, and all kinds of activities that you can sign up for to go out in the community. 20 dinners are included in the base rate. They have a cafe on site that’s open from 9 until 3 so that you can go down and purchase food. Then they have a coffee and tea bar and hot chocolate and cappuccino that’s open 24/7.
