Inpatient Care was very good. Social Services did a very poor job at time of discharge. She was given less than 48 hours of notification. Then she sent her home health care needs to an agency that did not accept her Insurance. She never got preaithorization . So home 5 days now without any care and we are trying to arrange home health care. Social Services gets a 1 STAR rating. I am a retired nurse caring for her. This should
