At The Oaks at Bethesda, everyone was very nice, and the facility was very nice. Everyone was friendly. They were very pleasant. They were willing to answer any questions. They’re very accommodating. The rooms were very clean. They were very inviting. It was like a resort. Food was very good. They have some type of activity going on almost daily, like physical therapy and that type of thing, but they did have cards and they did have wine and cheese made. Every week, there is something kind of different. They seemed to be very well managed, and it didn’t matter whether it was somebody from the kitchen staff or from the nursing staff, everyone was willing to pitch in and do whatever needed to be done.
