I put mom in Clarity Pointe Louisville, and I’m quite pleased with it. I would highly recommend it. The staff seems very warm and caring. I really like the executive director. When I arrived there, I was at the end of my rope, and she was very approachable. My mother has nothing but positive things to say about them. The atmosphere is wonderful. There is an option to take them to doctors’ appointments for an added fee. She’s gained six pounds in a month. They have activities every day, and the calendar looks quite full. When I first put her in there, they always had to get her out of her room, and now she’s sitting in the living area on her own. She’s quite pleased with it and very well cared for. The facility is lovely and immaculate. Clarity Pointe Louisville is just a few miles from my house. When I went there, I liked them so much, we decided to just go with them.
