I am so impressed with the Lakes of Sylvania. Throughout this pandemic they have gone above and beyond for the residents including my mother. The procedures they have implemented show how much they care for all the residents. We know it has been a trying time not seeing mother but I am thankful for all the steps they have taken as well as many others. We sure do miss the monthly brunches, family nights, and happy hours but we understand that social distancing is a must so that we can beat this virus! Centers for Medicare and Medicaid just announced the 5 star rating for this facility and it is nothing short of 5 stars! If you are looking for a safe and well maintained facility for your family be sure to check out Lakes and don’t let the negative reviews persuade you. Many can attest to the greatness!
