I can’t say enough wonderful things about Prairie Lakes. From the moment I first walked into the facility and met with Kelly Ponsler and the rest of the amazing staff, relief washed over me. I knew my mother would be in safe, capable hands while she rehabbed there after a release from the hospital. The campus is beautiful and well-maintained. The interior is clean, organized, and feels like home. Every staff member I met, regardless their job title, was nothing but kind and helpful. And the food…oh my! My mother raved about the meals. Honestly, I wasn’t sure I could get her to leave upon her discharge date. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and just plain nice. My mother worked with a physical therapist, speech therapist, and occupational therapist during her stay and not only did she return to her baseline goal, she improved in all areas. The peace of mind I had during her stay, the smile on my mom’s face during each visit, that all says a lot about her time there. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Prairie Lakes for helping my mom and getting her home. You truly are a life saver!
