Our family is happy with the care our mom receives here. We often receive photos of our mom smiling and enjoying the festivities on campus. These photos are especially important for us as our family is in different parts of the country and this gives us a chance to see her happy. It would be helpful to have a more proactive connection with the nursing staff to receive updates on how our mother is doing medically. I did see a program offered for something like this and signed up but didn’t hear back. Hoping this will get some traction soon.
