The staff from The Willows at Willard was very nice. They took good care of my stepfather. The rooms were very pretty. They’re very nice rooms. They’re decorated very nicely. My stepfather thought the food was very good. They had a lot of activities, but he wasn’t able to do a lot right then. He did some and he enjoyed them. They had group of people meet and they had people come in and sing. They had a lot of different things.

I love working here! I love our residents! Beautiful place, amazing, caring employees, who go out of the norm for the residents. Owned by the Best company ever, Trilogy Health Services, who has great values and awesome support team members that we actually see. My grandma was here, and she received wonderful care. I highly recommend our facility!

I have visited the Willows for many years. The care staff there is excellent. Friendly, caring and loving. I imagine these have been trying times this year, but I am sure you all have risen to challenge. Hang in there.❤
