Highly recommend. I have toured this great, new facility and was very impressed. The staff is genuine and caring. The food is amazing too! Give them a call if are in need of such services.

A beautiful and warm environment that offers all of the amenities, including great food! But most importantly, caring staff! I would trust them with my loved one without hesitation!

All of the staff here are simply amazing from every level! They go above and beyond for each and every resident! The facility is Beautiful and Clean! Food is fabulous and I am so greatful that my mother-in-law calls this home!

I have referred several friends and family members to this beautiful facility when searching for a caring, skillfully-managed residence for their loved ones with a dedicated staff and abundant amenities. If my elderly father did not live on the west coast, I would most certainly make this his home. Well done Norwich Springs!!!!

What a blessing to have found this facility! It is clean, light, open and beautifully decorated. My brother stayed at Norwich Springs from early May until late August. Both he and I found the staff to be caring, helpful, and responsive. The residents in the assisted living and independent areas that he came to know were wonderful – friendly, kind and very interesting people. There was a camaraderie that you rarely find in a long-term care environment, and I hope that never changes. Highly recommend this facility, and grateful to all that made his stay there the best that it could possibly be.

I found Norwich Springs Health Campus for my dad. Our experience was very good. The facility is brand new. It’s very clean and up to date. And there were not very many residents in memory care, so the staff wasn’t too stretched. The staff was good. The rooms were great and nice. The food was very good. He ate in a smaller dining area. It was very nice, with nice china and tablecloths and cloth napkins, which was much better than where we had been before.
