My mother has been to what I call the big 3. Wellbridge, Maple Manor and Novi Lakes. By far this was the best place for rehab. My mom also went to their assisted living after to continue therapy and get stronger to go home. Overall caring and helpful group of professionals.

Novi Lakes has been a blessing to my family. When my mother needed care most they showed that skilled nursing’s are a safe place to be. She has had a long road, but with every level of service we receive we are impressed by staff and management. I recommend Novi Lakes for anyone who may need some rehab to get home safe. If anyone can do it they can.

My mother has been a resident of Novi Lakes for awhile and although its not flawless, the workers truly care. When there are issues the management team is accessible. They keep her engaged, happy and healthy. I think they have great covid protocols and responses which is why we moved her from where she was to Novi Lakes. Assisted living and rehab is great.

I have been at 4-5 other in- patient places and this is Top of The Line, Staff is honest, management is always available, and compassionate, ;IThis is the Beverly Hills of living, Each department is great, from top to bottom. The biggest asset here is the compassion, and I’m sure management has a lot to do with it, I’m so grateful that I ended up here,

I hope I’m spelling her name correctly??? Bonita is an aid at this facility and she goes well beyond her duties she really cares for her patients!! She was so helpful and sweet . It is hard to find workers that actually work but she is a hard worker!!! Thank you so much Bonita and may God bless you❤❤❤

Best decision ever!

We have had our Mom at multiple facilities in the last few years, and Novi Lakes is by far the best. Concerns we have had, seem to be industry wide. The difference is that Novi Lakes addressed all issues and problems in a timely fashion. The management team and Medical Director were wonderful to deal with. They went above and beyond to make sure Mom was happy, and we were up to date on her progress. Highly recommend Novi Lakes to anyone looking for skilled nursing.

My loved one was was back in this campus again. I have to say that the care they give is wonderful! It’s not always “perfect”, but what I will say is that the leadership staff listens and reacts to any concern I have. The nurse aides and nurses work very hard. I could not ask for a better place to take my family for rehab.

Wonderful therapy, food, and staff. I would recommend for your rehab needs.

This place is simply amazing because of the wonderful staff, caring on site management, wonderful food service, incredible activities staff and remarkable PT. The Executive Director Tim is remarkable. They literally saved my mom’s life

Great place, great management

My Mother has been a resident at Novi Lakes for over 3 years, and I’m a huge fan of their staff and social activities team in particular. The workers are sincerely compassionate and very caring with my Mom. Jason and the entire kitchen crew work tirelessly to be creative and put on superb Sunday brunches.

Awesome place to work and live! Excellent option for short term rehabilitation or long term/assisted living!

My family and I cannot express how grateful & appreciative we are of the wonderful care my mother has received at Novi Lakes rehab. The staff has been very caring & outstanding as well as the PT. Would highly recommend this to anyone who needs rehab.

I have been an employee at Novi Lakes for three years and love my job and the facility. I have been on personal leave for the past few months due to COVID but miss all the staff and residents. I pray every day for all of them. They touched my lives more then I could ever touch theirs. In this industry it is difficult to recruit and keep good employees. I have been to over 100 facilities during my past medical sales career and Trilogy is in a class by itself. From activities to dining to nursing to Rehab. My Dad has been in our Orchard Grove facility since it opened and healthy and happy even during COVID! After my brother retired he also went to work for Trilogy. The best.

Every member of the Novi Lakes Health Campus has been completely responsive, caring and compassionate through every step of working with my family and the needs of my Father. From Administration, Nursing & Leadership to Social Work each has been a kind ear and a guiding hand through what can be one of the worst situations in anyone’s life. I recommend NLHC to the fullest!

Beautiful facility and caring, kind, professional staff. My mother recently stayed here for PT and she was extremely pleased with her stay and the food! Everyone was so nice and professional. The physical therapists were knowledge and patient and everytime I had a question someone answered. If you’re looking for a place for a short term stay, definitely consider Novi Lakes. Thank you to all those who took such good care of my mother. You are truly appreciated and valued.

I had the pleasure of staying here for short term rehab. My experience was very positive. The staff is friendly, therapy is great and Chef Jayson’s fish and chips were the best I’ve ever had. I was out within 15 days and I am happy to say I am home, happy and safer than I have been in years. If you want a quality place for rehab I would recommend this place to anyone.
