This is the most elegant Nursing facility in Belmont, MI. The staff is so caring, so professional, so nice. They do a wonderful job here, everyone. The Nursing staff, the CNAs, their Pt and OT is excellent. The rooms for patients and residents are beautiful, their dining room and staff, well 2 thumbs up. The food is so delicious, my mom absolutely loved this place and I sure appreciate how they took care of her. She loved it, Thank you Oak of Belmont. I recommend that if you have to choose a place, for your loved one choose this one. The social worker there and financial support were awesome. ❤
My husband was at The Oaks at Belmont from 12/24/21-2/3/22. Everyone from the nurses, technicians, recreational specialists, and physical and occupational therapist, to the food service, housekeeping and maintenance were kind and caring. A special shout out to all the physical and occupational therapist and techs especially Pete and Maria! They were especially amazing! We would definitely recommend The Oaks at Belmont!Kim and Bob Mette
My mother was at The Oaks at Belmont for rehab for about a month. The place was nice. It’s very large and new, so everything in there was new. The staff was very good. The food was excellent. My mother just loved the food. Everybody was kind and caring to her and very good. The only thing is they don’t have a lot of activities. That would probably be the only negative. The only thing they had was bingo, and then they paddle a balloon once a day, where like some of the places I know have arts and crafts and they didn’t have any of that. Everything was great, but they need more activities. The room was like a hospital room because she was just there for rehab, so it’s much smaller. I didn’t see an actual room. I didn’t get to see the assisted living rooms. She was in a private room. The dining area was fabulous. You can get your own pop if you want. They got machines for pop, and they got snacks out all the time. The staff was excellent. They even called me at home if my mom was having an issue or they just had a question. My mom was given OxyContin, which she didn’t react well to, so they called me about that, and one of the nurses came and calmed my mom and gave her a religious bracelet. There’s a social worker there, and he was nice to me. Any questions I had, I’d go talk to him and he’d help me out. They’re very good with the paperwork. There was a movie night, too.
