At Avalon Springs Health Campus we’re dedicated to exceeding the expectations of our customers. But don’t take our word for it, read the reviews of our community for yourself!
Avalon Springs was very clean and newer. My mom was a patient there for a rehab and had excellent care there. The food looked good. They had different entertainment there that my mom enjoyed and different visiting musicians. They had a place where the girls did nails and a little movie area with popcorn and snacks.
Great place for loved ones to spend their last days. It is beautiful inside and out and staff is EXCELLENT!! My 94 mother has alzheimers and resides there.
Nice and clean. The staff is so nice and helpful to the residents and the visitors.
Very new and updated rehab center. It’s like a little town with street signs in the hallways and large public gatherings area for music, games, church or just sitting around. They use real glassware, which is a plus and they have a good choice for meals. It’s was also very clean. The staff is thoughtful and helpful, but sometimes you still must advocate for your loved one.
Great staff, physical therapy and food
All staff members were very positive and focused on patient’s recovery and well being. Questions or complaints responded to in reasonable timeframe. Having a restaurant on site a big plus for patients and visitors. Food selection and delivery service were good. Private rooms were comfortable. Therapists did an excellent job of explaining and encouraging patients. This facility offers many benefits not found in others..
FYI, because they didn’t communicate this with me initially: you need to schedule appointments to see your loved one at least a week or more in advance. If I had known this at the get go, I would have done so while they were under the necessary two week quarantine period.
Very friendly and caring staff with a wonderful therapy department! Well kept facility!
Beautifully kept, inviting inside and out
My mom has moved to Avalon. The staff is friendly and courteous. What I like best about it is that their memory care is a separate building from their assisted living. It’s small and has about 32 rooms. The entire staff in that building, from the custodians to cooks, are trained for memory care. The grounds are well manicured, and the location is fine for me.
Very kind and caring staff!
The staff is incredibly kind and made my great aunt feel so welcomed. I would recommend this community to anyone that is looking for a place for their loved ones.
The people here will take good care of your loved one.
Mom lived in Legacy, the memory care unit. Many of the caring staff became like family. The attention to detail and knowledge of Alzheimer’s symptoms gave our family peace of mind.
5 isn’t enough for this wonderful facility! From the chef, to the hair dresser, the cleaning staff, servers, caregivers and facility dog EVERYONE was so loving & caring! The facility was clean and well kept. I could never have asked for a better place for my Nana to spend the last part of her life!
It’s a great place to bring your family, they have the best staff and have an awesome therapy department that’s ready to start the road to a better tomorrow. First impressions count and when you walk in you’re greeted the environment smells good and is clean. Avalon Springs has different food options and many activities including happy hour and themed meals. Everyone is going the extra mile to make your stay memorable.
I visited Avalon Springs Health Campus. They were very helpful and worked with me when I got there. I did not have an appointment, so they made time for me and spent one-on-one time with me, answered my questions, and gave me a total tour. I’ve tried to reach out to them by phone, no one picked it up, then I had left a message and I didn’t get a response, that’s the only problem I had with them. The apartments seemed clean and it’s a good spot for the elderly that needs some assistance. They gave me a calendar, and they had bingo, and they had a sing-along going on as we walked through. They recently had an Oktoberfest type day, and they do something like that every month and that would be a special meal. They had the German hats that they got for them and it looked like they had fun with that. I saw a dining room and outside spaces, and they had tables and chairs set up. There was a sitting area up front, which was like a family room area setup. The facility seemed clean. They were friendly and helpful. They would have transportation for doctors’ appointments if needed. They have respite care where dad could come in and stay at the facility for a short time like a week or so and see what he thinks, so I liked that idea.
