October 27, 2023
On October 26th, 2023, we were proud to hold our annual Fall Meeting awards celebration – a time for us to celebrate the work of campus team members for their achievements across Life Enrichment, Clinical, Culinary, and Customer Service.
Taking place in downtown Cincinnati, this awards celebration recognized the results of our bi-annual Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS). Check any Trilogy name badge, and you’ll see that that one of our first values is how we are committed to exceeding our customer’s expectations every day. The CSS survey allows us to pinpoint exactly where those expectations are being exceeded, and where we can strive to make improvements in the future.
Campuses strive to earn a “5” from residents and their families, signaling that they’ve met the expectations of the communities they serve. The top 5% are deemed “Sweet Nebraska” and compete to be the top campus in the company. See below for a full list of all Platinum and Sweet Nebraska campuses. Congratulations to all our campus teammates who dedicate each and every day to customer care and satisfaction!
