Transitional Care

Our Transitional Care Suites (TCS) offer a special healing environment for patients who no longer require all the resources of an acute hospital, but who are still too sick or unable to be cared for at home. The focus of our TCS is to help individuals prepare to return home or to independent living after receiving the appropriate post-acute care. The length of stay for patients in our Transitional Care Suites can vary from just a few days to a month or more, depending on the individual’s specific needs.
