Trilogy Health Services Recognized as a Best Employer in Ohio

Company Ranked as #7 in Large Company Category

Trilogy Health Services, LLC, has been named one of the 2009 Best Employers in Ohio (BEO). The announcement was made by Best Companies Group on June 5^th. 

This is the fourth year for the awards program, which is sponsored by Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield and organized by the Ohio Chamber of Commerce and the Society of Human Resource Management — Ohio State Council.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Employers in Ohio. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated companies workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

The 2009 Best Employers in Ohio list is made up of 10 companies in the small/medium-sized list (15 to 249 employees) and 10 companies in the large-sized (250 or more employees) list.

Trilogy Health Services was recognized earlier this year as the #1 Best Place to Work in Kentucky at the Awards Banquet held in Lexington, Kentucky. It was the second consecutive year for the company to receive recognition as the #1 Best Place to Work in the small to medium employer category. The company was also recognized as a 2009 Best Places to Work in Indiana competition in May where the company was ranked #15 in the Large Employer category. The Best Companies Group, which handled the selection process in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio, oversees similar programs in 17 other states.
