West Winds Nursing Home Announces New Ownership

Facility Acquired by Trilogy Health Services

Commerce, MI (May 1, 2008) – Trilogy Health Services, LLC ("Trilogy") today announced the acquisition of the West Winds Nursing Home. The terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

According to Randall Bufford, President and CEO of Trilogy, the Company was interested in acquiring West Winds Nursing Home because it represents an opportunity to reposition the operations and construct a new continuum of care in the Commerce market. Following the acquisition, Trilogy will begin the process of acquiring land in the Commerce area in order to build a new state-of-the-art replacement facility for West Winds. The development of a new, ground-up facility represents an excellent opportunity to enhance the overall physical living environment for the residents and staff members at West Winds, while at the same time continuing to provide the quality healthcare services for which the facility is well known. The new Trilogy Health Campus is estimated to be completed and ready for occupancy by late 2009.

According to facility management, the center's operations will not be affected by this change of ownership, and the transition will be seamless to its residents, families and employees.
