Trilogy Health Services Named Best Place to Work in Kentucky

Employer Survey and Employee Satisfaction Results Reflect Company Culture of Exceptional Customer Service

Louisville, KY (May 1, 2008) – Trilogy Health Services ("Trilogy") has been named the 2008 Best Place to Work in Kentucky. The announcement was made on April 17, 2008 at an awards dinner held in Lexington, Kentucky.

Fifty Kentucky-based employers, 25 in the small/medium company category and 25 in the large company category, were recognized by The Kentucky Society for Human Resources Management (KYSHRM) state council and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce as the best Kentucky employers. Trilogy took top honors in the small/medium company category.

The Best Places to Work in Kentucky initiative brings a local angle similar to the Fortune magazine's list announcing the "100 Best Companies to Work for in America." Winners were selected from two categories – small/medium companies with 25 to 249 employees, and large companies with 250 or more employees. The selection process is based on an assessment of the company's employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey. Best Companies Group manages this process, with the research and list selection conducted by ModernThink LLC.
