Indianapolis, IN (March 12 2014) Arlington Place Health Campus, located on the near eastside near Community East Hospital, is celebrating its grand opening with a public open house on Sunday, March 16, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
The brand-new Arlington Place Health Campus (1635 N. Arlington Ave) is an innovative approach to the design and delivery of healthcare services for a new generation. The 63,935-square-foot center offers 30 service-rich assisted living apartments and 70 private and companion suites for those in need of top-of-the-line rehabilitative care, assisted living or long-term care. Ninety percent of the rooms in this urban lodge-style building are single-bed rooms with private bathrooms. The handsomely-appointed design and hotel-like environment will be comfortable and engaging with concierge-style delivery of services and intergenerational activities.
Arlington Place offers a community room, four different dining venues, including a casual wifi-enabled café for lighter fare, and a pub for evening cocktails with friends and family, as well as two traditional, sit-down, restaurant-style dining areas. An on-site chef ensures a quality dining experience. Other unique features designed to create an inviting atmosphere include an in-house movie theater (complete with popcorn machine), outside fire pit, fireplaces, salon for haircuts and manicures, fitness center, game room, spa, art and music areas, and walking trails. Services are designed around the residents’ interests and schedules; a departure from traditional facilities. The facility is also designed to attract family and friends and encourage them to spend more quality time with loved-ones. Arlington Place welcomes admissions 7 days a week.
According to Randall Bufford, President and CEO of Trilogy, "Our commitment to a servant leadership culture and our dedication to providing exceptional customer service that exceeds our customers' expectations are the cornerstones of Trilogy's operating philosophy. When you combine great services with a team of dedicated and compassionate caregivers in our residential model, the result is an outstanding senior living experience."
"We like to say you can feel the difference the minute you walk through the doors of one of our campuses, and you see it everywhere you look," Bufford continued. "From staff engagement and our Resident 1st philosophy, to the local flavors on our menus, and even the names given to our different residential hallways - everything at a Trilogy campus is focused on our customers' preferences and helping them have strong social connections, engagement and purpose, while also providing options for all levels of healthcare."
“Our goal with Arlington Place is to create a unique community where seniors can receive the quality care they expect while living in a place they can really enjoy,” Zeke Turner, CEO of Mainstreet said. “Baby Boomers are demanding the kind of high-end, hospitality-oriented amenities that Arlington Place offers. This is a meaningful paradigm shift, and just one of the many Centers we are building to transform the industry across the United States.”
"We are thrilled to be serving residents of eastern Indianapolis and Marion County," said Judie Gove, Executive Director of Arlington Place. "We look forward to bringing our exceptional approach to resident care and services to area seniors. We invite members of the community to attend our Community Open House Sunday, March 16 from 1 to 3 p.m., to take tours of our campus, meet our team of caregivers, and learn more about the special incentives and discounts offered to through our Founder's Club."
