Trilogy Health Services has done it again. The provider known for raising and then surpassing the standards set for senior living has taken its offerings to new heights with the opening of its sixth Louisville, Kentucky senior living community, The Springs at Stony Brook, located at 2200 Stony Brook Drive in Louisville’s Jeffersontown neighborhood.

In 2006, Trilogy introduced its brand of customer-centered senior living services to Louisville with the opening of two senior living communities, Glen Ridge Health Campus in southeastern Louisville and Park Terrace Health Campus in southwestern Louisville. In an industry dominated by buildings that felt more like institutions than homes, Trilogy stood out. The provider’s communities radiated warmth, from the comfortable furnishings to the welcoming smiles worn by every employee. Throughout the next decade, Trilogy would continue their tradition of customer service excellence with the openings of Franciscan Health Care Center (2009), Westport Place Health Campus (2011), and Forest Springs Health Campus (2015). The name Trilogy has now become synonymous with quality, and accommodations remain in high demand. The addition of The Springs at Stony Brook to the Trilogy family will mean that now even more Louisville seniors and their families will be able to enjoy Trilogy’s trademark compassionate service, along with the peace of mind that comes with it.

According to Randall Bufford, President and CEO of Trilogy, “Our commitment to a servant leadership culture and our dedication to providing exceptional customer service that exceeds our customers’ expectations are the cornerstones of Trilogy’s operating philosophy. When you have great services, delivered by a dedicated and compassionate team of caregivers, the result is a senior living experience that allows our residents to live a truly meaningful life.”

Built on Trilogy’s new, two story Village Center prototype, The Springs at Stony Brook will offer care options for all levels, from those who wish to pursue an independent lifestyle full of excitement to those who could benefit from more comprehensive assistance in order to get the most out of each day. The community’s first floor will include skilled nursing and personal care accommodations, as well as specialized memory care services in its Legacy Lane. In this memory care neighborhood, caregivers are specially trained to assist and to care for those with memory loss, and specialized programs and surroundings ensure that each resident experiences comfort, dignity, and joy. Also on the first floor are public and private dining rooms (complete with chef-prepared meals and tableside service), gated courtyards perfect for savoring sweet tea and birdsong, and plenty of cozy nooks that can be used to catch up with friends or get lost in a book. Rehabilitation services are also offered in The Springs’ therapy gym 7 days a week.

A quick elevator ride to the second floor transports residents to The Springs at Stony Brook’s independent living community, where a neighborhood of luxury apartments boasts a variety of layouts from which to choose from. Residents of the second floor have their own bistro, fitness center, movie theatre, and even a community kitchen, which can be used for private parties or cooking classes. Outings are frequent and varied, and ensure that residents remain connected to Louisville, along with all of its attractions and events. This approach to senior living underlines one of Trilogy’s principal beliefs: the only thing better than living the life you love is spending that life surrounded by friends.

“The Springs at Stony Brook is a welcome addition to our other campuses in Louisville,” continued Mr. Bufford. “By offering a complete continuum of senior health and hospitality services, our customers will no doubt find everything they need to live life on their terms. Independent seniors will find a community where everything they need is within arm’s reach, including people with whom they can share new experiences. Those who need more complex care will find that here, too, along with a beautiful home that’s always open to visits from their friends and family. We take great pride in creating a lifestyle that every resident can enjoy, and we look forward to welcoming Louisville seniors into our campus to experience everything we have to offer.”

Community members are invited to attend The Springs at Stony Brook’s Community Open House on Sunday, November 4th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Attendees will be able to tour the campus, enjoy handcrafted appetizers, and get a glimpse of the exceptional lifestyle that will be offered at The Springs at Stony Brook.
