This accomplishment is no small feat; it signifies a shared consensus across Trilogy’s Kentucky campuses and its Louisville based Home Office – that Trilogy cares about its employees, and that they in turn care about the company they work for. As a company that is only 20 years old, Trilogy has now spent half of its existence as a BPTW. They can credit this in large part to their company culture and values, which place an emphasis on employee satisfaction, growth, and assistance. Those looking to grow their careers are provided guidance through Trilogy’s Nurse Mentor, Caregiver Preceptor, and Administrator in Training programs, among others. To date, the Trilogy Foundation has granted 1,667 Emergency Assistance awards. These funds have helped employees rebuild their homes after natural disasters, take the time to recover after major surgeries, prevent home evictions, and so much more. What’s more, these funds come in large part from fellow Trilogy employees, 11,317 of which donate weekly to the Trilogy Foundation through payroll deductions. 

Through Trilogy’s TrilogyFIT program, employees can also find guidance, support, and encouragement when it comes to their health and wellbeing. Whether they’re pursuing a more active lifestyle, trying to quit smoking, or are just searching for new and better ways to find peace of mind, TrilogyFIT provides them the tools to do so.

It’s true that all of these programs help make Trilogy a Best Place to Work. However, one of the most powerful ways Trilogy touches the lives of its employees is through its acts of recognition. Each campus hosts regular ER3 celebrations (Relationships, Recognition, Retention) for its employees, and campus leaders are empowered to recognize employees for great ideas, hard work, and a ‘team approach works best’ attitude. Each year, the company also awards a select group of caregivers, known as Difference Makers, at their companywide meeting.
