Trilogy Health Services today announced the opening of their 99th health campus, The Springs of Mooresville. The Springs was built by MainstreetR, a Carmel, Indiana based real estate developer. Trilogy Health Services will operate the campus.

With 70 beds and 48,034 square feet, the property boasts amenities such as a large therapy gym, an outdoor rehabilitation courtyard, a movie theatre, a game room, a spa and more. The property also offers a variety of dining options, including a pub and restaurant-style dining. The Springs of Mooresville is located at 302 N. Johnson Road, nearby Franciscan St. France Health – Mooresville.

Specializing in short-term rehabilitation and transitional care stays, the Springs offers a home-like setting that features chef-prepared meals, private suites with private baths, and services specially tailored to meet residents’ individual preferences.

According to Randall Bufford, President and CEO of Trilogy, “We are excited about bringing this new approach of post-surgical care to seniors in Morgan County and the surrounding communities. With The Springs of Mooresville our focus will be on short-term stays and rehabilitation services, with the same resident centered approach we offer at all Trilogy locations.  We like to say you can feel the difference the minute you walk through the doors of one of our campuses. From staff engagement and our focus on customer satisfaction, to the local flavors on our menus, and even the names given to our different residential hallways – everything at a Trilogy campus is focused on our customers’ preferences and helping them have the very best in healthcare and hospitality during their stay in the campus.”

“Our best-in-class properties are designed to give aging Americans what they want – less hospital and more hospitality,” said Zeke Turner, founder and CEO of MainstreetR. “We are transforming the way health care is delivered nationwide and The Springs of Mooresville illustrates the coming wave of health care.”

The Springs of Mooresville features Trilogy’s Home Again short-term rehabilitation program. This unique program offers a full range of medical and rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology. Trilogy’s team of therapists works directly with residents’ physicians to create innovative, individualized therapy programs utilizing the most modern equipment, with proven results.

Residents will also benefit from Trilogy’s Home Again Personal Wellness Plan, which is provided to residents prior to their return home. This personalized plan educates residents on their diagnoses as well as the lifestyle changes needed to manage their health conditions. From diet and nutrition to community resources and follow up care, the Home Again Personal Wellness Plan provides detailed information to educate both residents and their family members, reducing the chance of hospital readmission. A key component of the program is patient education on wellness for over 20 common diagnoses, such as Congestive Heart Failure, Pneumonia, and hip and knee replacement. The Home Again Program and Home Again Personal Wellness Plans are used throughout all of Trilogy’s communities.

The Springs of Mooresville is hosting a Community Open House on Sunday, January 24 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., which will feature campus tours and an opportunity to meet the campus team.

Trilogy Health Services will celebrate the opening of its 100th health campus location in February, with the opening of River Terrace Health Campus in Madison, Indiana.
