Trilogy Health Services, LLC, a Louisville, KY based provider of senior health and hospitality services, announced the acquisition of the assisted living and memory care apartments at Waterford Crossing Senior Living Village in Goshen, Indiana effective June 1, 2015. The duplex condominiums at this site were not included in the purchase, and the terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

The location, renamed The Residence at Waterford Crossing, is located at 1212 Waterford Circle in Goshen, Indiana.  The Residence is Trilogy’s second Goshen location, joining The Maples at Waterford Crossing, which opened in 2006 on the grounds of Waterford Crossing Senior Living Village. The Residence at Waterford Crossing is Trilogy’s 94th health campus location in the four state area of Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Michigan.

“We are pleased to welcome Waterford Crossing to the Trilogy family,” said Randall Bufford, president and CEO of Trilogy Health Services. “Since the opening of The Maples in 2006, we have forged a partnership with Waterford Crossing in meeting the needs of seniors in Goshen and surrounding communities. We are excited to formalize that relationship with the addition of this great group of employees, who share our unwavering philosophy of compassion, caring and respect for the dignity of each resident, to our Trilogy team, while also brining our Trilogy Service Standards and culture to the resident experience at Waterford Crossing.”

This acquisition caps off a year of exponential growth for Trilogy, which began with the acquisition of six Indiana Wellbrooke Centers for Health & Wellness (located in Avon, Crawfordsville, Kokomo, South Bend, Wabash and Westfield) effective January 1. This purchase was followed by the opening of six additional health campuses, four in Indiana (The Springs of Lafayette, Harrison’s Crossing - Terre Haute, Wellbrooke of Carmel, and The Villages at OakRidge – Washington), and one in Kentucky (Forest Springs in Louisville). Two more Trilogy openings are scheduled for 2015 in Howell, Michigan and Bloomington, Indiana.

Trilogy will also expand services at four locations in 2015, with the addition of assisted living services in Petersburg, IN (Amber Manor Care Center), and independent living patio homes in Kokomo, IN (Waterford Crossing Health Campus), Greenfield, IN (Springhurst Health Campus), and Commerce, MI (Westlake Health Campus).
