Our Culture

Guided by our E's to Successful Customer Service, the operating culture of Trilogy is centered on the core belief that all successes are the direct result of providing outstanding service that exceeds the expectation of the customer, and that it is the individual responsibility of each employee to deliver meaningful care to our residents. The Trilogy Culture emphasizes expectations of excellence as well as guest relations and teamwork among all employee levels.

In addition to our E's to Success, our company has developed proprietary service programs that differentiate our customer service experience from our competitors. Each of these programs was developed with input from campus staff and customers. Collectively we call these programs our Trilogy Service Standards (TSS). Each TSS was designed to create a service experience that exceeds the expectations of our customers, whether they are residents, family members or our employees. These programs guide us always, in our training, our services, our designs and our daily activities, to help us insure we exceed the expectations of our customers.
