- 4 oz chicken breast, rinsed and dried
- 1/2 c Cornflakes, crushed
- 2 Tbsp Buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp Dried Chives
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix the cereal and seasonings in a bowl. Dredge the chicken in buttermilk and coat with cereal and seasoning. Place in a pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Serves one – adjust accordingly
