We're so happy to have David as part of our Trilogy Dining Services team!

"When I started my journey in long-term care, I yearned to find a place that allowed me to truly serve the residents and their families. I found what I was looking for at Glen Ridge, a Trilogy Health Services campus, where I began working as a Cook in 2013.

Through hard work and dedication, I showed my leadership team that I was ready for the next step, and I was offered the position of Assistant Director of Dining Services at Westport Place. When I asked why they chose me for the position, I was told that it was not only because of my abilities, but also because of my servant’s heart.

Then, after a year as ADDS, I was offered the opportunity to become the Director of Dining Services at Forest Spring, a brand new campus. So, in 2015, I found myself in an untouched kitchen full of possibilities! Every day here reaffirms my love and passion for long-term care. How far I’ve come always amazes me, and I’m not done yet. I never went to culinary school. I don’t have a fancy hospitality degree. I just showed everyone at Trilogy what I could do. I love my career at Trilogy Health Services."
