At Trilogy, we recognize those who are eager to grow and provide them with the tools they need to take the next step in their career (and the next, and the next)!
Mollie Zinser, Divisional Business Development for our Central Ohio campuses, has spent her five years with Trilogy searching for new and powerful ways to serve others, and her persistence has paid off! Here’s her story, in her own words.
“When I arrived at Trilogy, I knew that I was home. The culture, vision, and growth at Trilogy were things that I had not experienced elsewhere, and it all aligned with what I believed to be valuable and important in senior care. I started by serving in marketing and admissions as a Community Services Representative. I enjoyed working with referral sources, but I loved working with potential residents and their families.
After serving as a CSR for about eighteen months, the Central Ohio DBD position became available. I expressed my interest and found that a more qualified candidate had been identified for the position; however, my desire for growth was recognized, and I was given a clear and detailed growth plan. This was something I appreciated, as now I had an understanding of the expectations for my role and how they worked hand in hand with the role I hoped to grow into. I spent the next year accomplishing those benchmarks, and when the opportunity came around a second time, I submitted my internal application. I am now the Division Business Development support for Central Ohio, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to support others.
Trilogy understands what’s important to me, including my desire to advocate for those affected by Alzheimer’s disease. I currently serve as an Ambassador to the U.S. Representative Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), and recently attended the Alzheimer’s Association Advocacy Forum. There I spent time with advocates, sharing our stories and receiving education concerning what we will discuss with our elected officials on Capitol Hill. Trilogy really ‘gets’ why this means so much to me, and they do everything they can to support my involvement.
I appreciate that Trilogy encourages and recognizes potential for growth in its employees, and I attribute what I’ve accomplished to the fact that I was empowered to own my own growth.”
