Living With Purpose

By Team Trilogy |

We are proud to announce that our CRCA and preceptor Brittany Henderson has been named SRNA (State Registered Nurse Aide) of the Year in the Bluegrass Area, and has received the Sageser Award in recognition of her dedication to providing exemplary service and enriching the lives of the residents at The Willows at Citation.

During the awards ceremony held in Lexington’s famous Spindletop Hall, Brittany was described as a person “who does not look upon her work as a job, but rather a calling.” We couldn’t agree more! Brittany has never hesitated to put the needs of our residents above her own, and has served as a source of guidance and inspiration to many other campus employees.

Along with complimentary remarks from the Director of Nursing at The Willows, the audience was treated to a reading of a letter Brittany had written and read at a memorial service for a resident who had recently passed. The resident’s daughter was in attendance, and by the end of the letter, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house.

At Trilogy Health Services, we strive to employ people who are compassionate, selfless, and considerate. Brittany is all of these things and more. We can’t imagine a more worthy recipient of this prestigious award, and know that Brittany will go on to do great things, and continue to make a difference in the lives of those she serves. Thank you for all you do, Brittany! We’re so proud of you!
